Vermella Crossing is a series of three luxury multi-family rental projects at different sites in Kearny, New Jersey. Built and managed by Russo Development of Carlstadt, New Jersey, Kitchen Classics through our multi-family sister company E&F Contractors has been fortunate to install kitchens in all three complexes. The Vermella Crossing units include studio, one and two bedroom units, and the kitchens we designed and installed scale accordingly. When Vermella West is finished we will have installed over 500 individual kitchens. We sincerely appreciate the confidence Russo Development has shown in us by having us participate in all three projects.
The pictures below feature a number of kitchen variations between the three Vermella Crossing projects. Russo Development's commitment to a quality residence is evident throughout the project, and our design and installation staff created versatile, roomy, modern kitchen spaces with a large amount of storage. Center islands in each unit assure there is a place for the residents, friends and family to gather around and make a great dining area and food prep space. These are quality kitchens that add to this distinctive living space.
