Essex and Crane is a luxury multi-family development in Orange, NJ. The project is a joint venture between Russo Development and Dinallo Construction (a division of Terminal Construction) two widely respected multi-family builders. VermellaNJ is well known for building unique multi-family communities. Vermella is Russo Property Management’s signature apartment brand with projects primarily focused in the New Jersey market. Essex and Crane is a 209 unit development in the heart of the resurgent town of Orange New Jersey. The project is located right next right to the Orange Train Station – allowing quick access to New York and points east. This is actually a 2-phase project with a second building consisting of 201 apartments under construction right next door. The Kitchen Classics has worked with both Russo Property Management and Dinallo Construction on other projects and we are proud to be involved in this project. We were responsible for the cabinetry in 209 kitchens and all bathroom cabinetry. It is a beautiful community that will add significantly to an under appreciated town in the heart of Essex County, New Jersey.
