Fairfield Residential’s Station 316 Community

Fairfield Residential’s Station 316 is a multi-family project featuring a selection of studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Located on a serene piece of land in the busy Boston suburb of Woburn Massachusetts this 425 unit project features gourmet style kitchens and a host of amenities. The Kitchen Classics designed and installed all 425 kitchens with three color variations which allows residents to choose their cabinet and tile color scheme. The  varying kitchen color schemes are emblematic of the creativity and uniqueness of this project. Robust amenities including pickleball courts help make Station 316 a much desired, vibrant community.
